Coming to Parker this weekend? Highway 62 is currently closed due to flood damage caused by the storms this week. Caltrans says the highway is closed from the junction of US 95 (at Vidal Junction) to the state line (at Parker, AZ).

Closed:

Parker Live recommends that traffic between metro SoCal and Parker go via Blythe, CA / Ehrenberg, AZ through the Parker Valley and CRIT reservation. It means some more time on the 10 freeway but will keep your total journey around the same duration and avoids highway 62 completely.
