Phoenix drops Brannan case

The La Paz County Attorney has confirmed that the City of Phoenix has declined to prosecute Quartzsite Town Attorney Martin Brannan in relation to the accusation that he assaulted Mayor Jose Lizarraga at a Town Council meeting.
