Semi accident on Bill Williams Bridge

4:44pm– Reports just in of an accident involving an overturned semi truck at Bill Williams Bridge. Traffic is moving slowly as we approach commute time. Buckskin Fire Department’s Chris Chambers is on the scene, off-duty.

4:49pm– Emergency services are arriving. A KLPZ listener reported that the driver was pulled from the overturned truck through the windshield, and was able to walk away. He also said that he believed the semi was carrying glass, which is all over the road. No other vehicles are believed to be involved. The truck is believed to have stopped by coming into contact with a concrete barrier.
