Friday fatalities, rest of weekend relatively safe

La Paz County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that three people died in Friday’s 2-vehicle collision south of Poston, which included a Parker woman and her children. Serious accident on Mohave Road

3:19– A serious two-vehicle accident has occurred on Mohave Road between Blythe/I-10 and Parker near the town of Poston, AZ. Salome girl rescues grandma from burning home

On Thursday May 26th 2011, the La Paz County Sheriff’s Office presented a “letter of commendation” to 10 year-old Rhaegan Palma at the Salome Elementary School assembly.
