Uncle Max passes away after aneurysm

Uncle Max, a commentator with KLPZ every year for the Parker 425 off-road races since the early 90s, has died at a California hospital after suffering an aneurysm and associated brain hemorrhage. He remained in a coma for several days after doctors say he suffered some brain damage.

Riverside Drive was paved on June 11th & 12th, 2009, starting at the traffic light on Highway 95 to Cienega Springs Road.
La Paz County is contributing $68,132 towards BSD’s cost for full pavement vs. patching on Riverside Drive.
Additional patchwork included the Cienega Springs Area and Lower Moovalya Estates.
